Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day return and refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at trendytalesbd@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days after inspection and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
